Avinash Jha
Head of Programmes (Nepal)
Avinash joined UWS in 2017, bringing a strong background in education leadership, community development, and programme management. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Kathmandu University, where he graduated at the top of his class at the School of Management. He is also a member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
As Head of Programmes for UWS Nepal, Avinash leads the strategic direction, design, and implementation of programmes, working closely with local governments, communities, and stakeholders to deliver sustainable, inclusive education in remote regions.
