Jean-Paul Rigaudeau

Jean-Paul has had a long international career in the consumer goods industry with Kraft Foods, Johnson & Johnson and Beiersdorf, culminating as Europe President at Kraft Foods. He then became CEO of Unilabs, a private equity-funded company and Europe’s leading supplier of diagnostic services. Jean-Paul has held non-executive roles in private and public companies, and advisory roles in start-ups.
He is currently a Trustee of Rainbows4children, a Swiss charity running a school for 1,500 disadvantaged children in Mekele, Ethiopia. He was a member and subsequently the Chair of the Fairtrade International Board between 2014 and 2020, an organization founded to help disadvantaged producers secure sustainable livelihoods. Jean-Paul is committed to the creation of transformative solutions to social challenges such as sustainable development and education.
