I am part of UWS because:
Every child has the right to be well–educated. No matter where they are, education is an asset for community and country development. Without the opportunity of education, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
I’m enthusiastic and passionate in working and supporting to transform the lives of the unserved populations in Cambodia together with government, non-profits and other stakeholders to strengthen education systems for delivering a quality and sustainable education service to every child across the country.
I have many years of experience working within the international non-profit sector. I’m a strategist who champions business development and people management. I am a qualified project management professional with solutions-oriented skills and a creative manager who achieves goals through the development and motivation of staff.
Favourite quote of the moment:
“Leadership is about the team—the culture they keep and embrace, it’s about empathy for your customers, clients, employees, and the communities where you do business, it’s about doing the right thing for the right reasons, being confident enough to take risks and responsible enough to think of those who your decisions and risks may affect.” Kat Cole
